Delta has been in business for 40 years selling to state and federal institutions, restaurants, hotels, hospitals and to individual consumers.
In 2020, our owner retired at the age of 73 and the shop was sold . . . but just then Covid hit. Customers and friends started calling asking to reopen the business and, so, we started to cut meat again using a borrowed shop early in the morning and delivering meat during the day.
In 2023, our owner again retired, but is continuing on a reduced schedule. Working from a borrowed shop again, early in the morning once or twice a week cutting and grinding meat for our customers. We will service our customers with delivery only on a laid-back schedule.
Our relationship with our customers is outstanding, and we know the importance of TRUST AND HONESTY when selling Meat and Poultry. Delta has stayed in business for 40 years because we do things the way they should be done.
We look forward to a continued relationship with our customers and we will continue to do business in the highest standard. We will never forget that the most important part of our business is the customers we serve.
